  • Classes are structured, curriculum-based, and often meet court or workplace requirements. Groups are more interactive, discussion-based, and provide a supportive community for ongoing growth.

  • Yes. Our court-mandated classes meet legal requirements for probation, custody cases, and other court-related needs. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of participation.

  • Yes, some employers may refer employees to anger management training. Our workplace classes and workshops are designed to meet these requirements while also teaching practical skills to improve communication and reduce conflict on the job.

  • Program length varies. Court-mandated classes often run 8–12 weeks. Groups may be ongoing and open for continued participation. Workplace trainings are typically customized to your organization’s needs.

  • At the moment, we only offer group sessions. We’ve found that groups provide unique benefits—such as learning from others’ experiences, practicing new skills in a supportive community, and reducing the sense of isolation that often comes with anger struggles. Many participants tell us that hearing how others handle similar challenges helps them feel understood and motivated.

    Individual sessions are something we plan to offer in the future. For now, our focus on groups ensures you get the accountability, peer support, and real-world practice that make anger management skills stick.

  • Yes. Certificates are provided for court-mandated programs, workplace referrals, and any class requiring official documentation.

  • That’s completely normal. Our groups are welcoming, supportive, and confidential. You’ll be guided through tools and strategies, with the opportunity to share and learn from others at your own pace.
