More than a course. A path to lasting change.

Most anger management programs end when the course ends. Ours doesn’t.

What makes The Anger Transformation Program different is that we don’t see anger management as something you “complete” in eight weeks and then walk away from. The goal is lasting change, not simply finishing a course or collecting a certificate.

Learning the tools is only the beginning.

The program focuses on helping participants understand what is underneath their anger, recognize their patterns and triggers, develop practical tools to respond differently and practise those skills in real-life situations.

We recognize that maintaining change is often the hardest part.

That’s why our approach includes follow-up and maintenance after the core program. Participants have an opportunity to reconnect, review what is working, identify where old patterns may be returning, troubleshoot challenges and strengthen the strategies they learned.

30-day follow-up support

Your growth doesn’t end when the program does.

After completing the program, you’ll receive a check-in to help you stay accountable, reinforce what you’ve learned, and work through any challenges that come up as you put your new skills into practice.

The goal isn’t just to complete a program, it’s to create changes that last.
